Raise your power to weight ratio 40% by the end of one season
Pure power numbers at your significant aerobic and anaerobic levels are meaningful only when compared to your weight. To achieve significant jumps in fitness and performance, you must constantly test and refine your lactate threshold, vo2Max, and anaerobic capacity power levels in coordination with optimizing your body fat content.
If you follow the fitness testing protocols and diet recommendations, your aerobic and anaerobic power to weight ratios will jump a minimum of 40% in your first year with Life Performance Solutions.
Here's how we'll do it
With the latest in training plan design methodology, I will schedule peak fitness periods over the course of the year and design specific daily workouts that lead you to your optimal performance readiness. Once you have started training, I will monitor and chart your fitness gains through software analysis from beginning fitness testing to peak periods and end of season performances. I will guide you in developing a thorough aerobic base efficiency, building balance point and lactate threshold fitness, and then applying specific anaerobic activities that build your fitness to its peak.
My track record
I have worked with more than 50 athletes—male and female—ranging from beginners to elite-level senior and masters national champions. Within this group, a minimum of 40% gain in their power to weight ratio at threshold, vo2Max, and other performance levels is quantifiable through the use of TrainingPeaks WKO+, RowPro and Speed Coach data analysis software. The results: state and district championships, top three competition placings, category upgrades, national rankings as well as several personal and course records. Many athletes report personal bests and performances they never imagined they could reach.
