Build strength & endurance
Commensurate with your fitness and skill level, we will build a balanced program that incorporates multi-dimensional body movements related to your sports interests. These training activities will include strength and conditioning workouts combined with other aerobic based activities to help you build your aerobic fitness level so that your enjoyment will increase and therefore inspire your continue with the program. You will experience the ability to maintain higher heart rate levels while performing these activities at higher intensity levels, bringing even higher fitness levels.
You will find that your workout times can increase since you will be fitter and more able and interested in performing these activities longer.
Rest and recovery are as important as effort. When appropriately timed, rest will help you build strength and keep you from losing interest.
