Achieve desired weight & body composition

Everybody wants to be tall and thin, but we are designed with varying body types. As you become more fit, you will almost certainly become leaner, and your body type will be more evident. You can only be as tall as you are, and being too thin is neither healthy nor to your advantage in terms of fitness. I prefer to think in terms of nurturing what we’ve been given to work with.

Muscle to fat ratio is best managed through periodic dietary analysis and slow refinement of fitness training. They are symbiotic and certain to lead to improved body composition. I will offer frequent dietary analysis as part of our periodic telephone consultations to make sure that the fuel you eat can be directly used while working out.
