Nutrition Pre-training nutrition is critical for preparation. Nutrition during training sustains optimal performance. Post-training nutrition is necessary for Our Methodology First, by analyzing your current nutrition patterns and content, we will design and monitor a custom nutrition program for pre-, during and post- training or event activity. Hydration and nutrition strategies will be offered to sustain your energy during peak performance demands and day to day training activities. Nutrition analysis will include a documented analysis of food types, consumption frequencies and quantities. This information will be used determine if you fall within typical ranges for your athletic goals. Nutrition mapping will include recommendations to keep you within appropriate ranges and performing above your current level. It will also include recommendations on appropriate food type choices and the correct timing of meals with consideration of your annual training plan, age and athletic goals. |
