LPS’s Performance Psychology program helps athletes recognize what drives them, what interferes with progress and how to create the ideal mind/body balance that supports optimal performance reliability.
The source of motivation and focus has to come from you. However, these will be nurtured by LPS. First, we will document your mental preparedness for training/competition at your desired level. Based on the findings, we will explore areas of difficulty in depth and create strategies for overcoming challenges. We will offer recommendations and techniques to keep you focused and prepared for performance. By then building a system to monitor the process of striving to succeed, you will discover how much you can accomplish. Your progress will be monitored and measured as it pertains to your annual training plan, age and athletic goals.
