Strength & Conditioning Analysis/Consultation

Beyond the benefits of regular training, some athletes choose a personalized strength and conditioning program to boost their performance. Professional guidance that includes up-to-the minute technical monitoring can help you reach your strength and conditioning goals faster and with significantly lower risk of injury. Custom programs will also help you optimize your strength and endurance for the times when you need it most.

Strength Analysis Survey

The Strength Analysis Survey, based on data you provide about your training practices and goals, will review the appropriateness of your strength and conditioning efforts. It will also provide general recommendations to help you reach your reach your performance targets as well as guidance on how to minimize the risk of injury.

Fee: $65

Strength & Consulting Consulting

Custom programs will help you optimize your strength and endurance for the times when you need them most. Athletes who choose personalized strength and conditioning services will receive professional guidance that includes specially designed workouts, up-to-the minute technical monitoring and analysis, and fully personalized support.

Fee: $200 per session
