Twice-monthly, half-hour telephone consultations with your coach. You and your coach will develop the agendas for these calls, which will be scheduled at mutually agreeable times.

FIfteen message exchanges. Your coach will respond within 48 hours—usually sooner. Program questions will be answered by email, telephone, or text message.

A personalized fitness program written by your coach every four weeks. Workouts offer general guidelines for goal achievement. Can be revised up to two times per month as needed to meet your schedule.

Cumulative data review, analysis, and feedback. Basic setup for data file analysis software.

Fee: $200 per month, plus an initial consultation fee of $125.
