The introduction to each service level includes an orientation consultation and personal surveys from the following categories:

Twice-monthly telephone consultations with your coach at 30 minutes each You and your coach will develop the agendas for these calls, which will be scheduled at mutually agreeable times.

Fifteen email exchanges Your coach will always respond within 48 hours—usually sooner.

A personalized fitness program written by your coach every four weeks. Workouts offer general guidelines for goal achievement. Can be revised up to three times per month as needed to meet your schedule.

Cumulative data review, analysis, and feedback. Basic setup for data file analysis software.

Recommendations for fee-based online training plan software.

Periodic nutritional evaluation and recommendation.

Fee: $200 per month, plus an initial consultation fee of $125.

Cumulative and daily data review, analysis, and feedback. Advanced setup and training for data file analysis software. Data analysis charts set up by year, month, week, and day for in-depth trend analysis.

Bi-weekly nutritional evaluations tied controlled ramping up of fitness activities and scheduled rest.
